Salvaged & Reclaimed Wood

In addition to specializing in antique wood flooring, we supply vintage recycled building materials, mainly in chestnut, oak and pine. Antique beams, boards, joists, etc. can be used for either decorative or structural purposes, such as cathedral ceilings, trim or molding, tables or counter tops. We have a variety of salvaged antique wood in stock, including wallboard and wainscot. We also have a small inventory of exotic wood, which can be used for furniture, musical instruments and other woodworking projects.  Occasionally, we offer reclaimed, new wood for reproduction applications (usually extremely wide boards or with other special properties). Please contact us to discuss your needs.

New Shamrock Mills Grainery (SMG) Material

Shamrock Mill was built in 1770 and was located in Paxinos, PA. It closed around 2012. The chestnut beams are from an addition dating to the early 1900’s. These are the best quality chestnut beams I’ve ever seen, never mind the shear quantity. The mill only processed grains and the beams were never painted or whitewashed.
