New
Added November 22, 2025.475sf of extremely wide and thick oak threshing floor. This is another rare find from PA because of its width and condition. All the planks are from the same barn which was salvaged about 30 years ago and found correctly stored in a dry barn last month. Some of the wider planks weigh up to 400 lbs each. About 40% of the material is ~2.5” thick and the rest is ~2” thick. A ½” plywood layer can be used to raise the 2” material. Widths range from ~12” to 24”+ (with more than half the boards being 16”+) and lengths of ~12’ to 17’+ (+ a few shorts). This will be an incredible looking floor if prepared and installed correctly. As with all my original antique material, boards may need to be washed, buffed, trimmed, repaired (patching holes, dealing with areas damaged by water leaks, etc.), carefully puzzled together and installed to create a floor that suits your needs.
Cost: (batch #448) 475sf @ $60sf, whole batch only, $28,500.
