95sf of modest width oak for a small room or flooring repair. Surface was sanded and polyurethane used at some point, but it is still thick (approximately 7/8”+/-). Nice looking material. Flooring is clean and just needs some trimming before installation. Widths of 5”–10” and lengths of 4’ to 11’, plus some extra.
