Added March 28, 2024.400sf of fantastic chestnut siding from the North side of a PA barn. Great condition and quality. Chestnut ages much better than other wood used for siding. It could be used ‘as is’ or ‘brushed’ with a nylon brush for a textured wall application or lightly brushed/buffed for a great, rusting chestnut floor. Average widths of approximately 10”-12”+/- and most lengths of approximately 15’. A rare find. Most pictures show the wood ‘as-is’ but a few close-ups show a small section that was mechanically brushed with nylon and burnished slightly to show what could be done to it. A more aggressive burnishing would make a great chestnut floor.
