A rare find to have a folk-art mural that was protected by 14 layers of wallpaper. This has to be thought of as ‘Art’ vs. just wood.  The mural is simple but will need your interpretation.  It’s thought to be the edge of a corn field, but that’s all I’ll share.  My idea is only what you see in the tea leaves!  There are six main boards up to 22” wide.  Because of the removal, the bottom was cut at the mop board.  With some careful planning, the wall could fit an 8’ ceiling (using a wider mop board) to expose whole mural.  But it could also work for a 7’+ floor to ceiling.  The door is missing, but the original trim and ghosts it left behind is available. My set-up for pictures was the best I could due under the circumstances.  Mural is in excellent condition and the white pine, hand-planed planks are a full 2” thick, splined and flat!

Cost: (folk art mural) $12,000 ‘as is
