700sf of fabulous white pine attic flooring from NH.  Great foot worn, straight sawn surface with some boards worn more than others, which typical attic floors of this age.  Most of these boards were ‘pegged’ with rectangular 3.5” wooden pegs, hand carved. First picture shows the sub-flooring with two pegs sticking out where the top floor was.  They were very strong!  I was only able to save a few of them as examples.  Fabulous patina, original surface, no paint, never sanded.  Widths of 13” to 20” and lengths up to 18’, most 13’6”.  It will make a beautiful floor for someone who wants a ‘dry’ floor…no finish! Some boards are ship-lapped, and others are butt-edged. The LAST 5 pictures show almost all the flooring.  Flooring will most likely need a light buffing for most people.  While I like to leave flooring without a finish, most get at least a paste wax.  One picture shows what to expect with a buffing and wax.  **BONUS package of approximately 500sf of full thickness sub-flooring for FREE if flooring purchased and removed or delivered by the end of August, 2024.  Widths similar to the flooring and some could be used as flooring if whole floor buffed or sanded.** The first image shows an example of about 200sf of the wide sub-flooring included in this limited offer.
