Cast iron, 19C, water driven drive pulleys.  Great for lawn ‘art’ or round table (use large one as base and smaller as top).  Very heavy.  One is 42” in diameter x 7.5” thick and the other (blue) is 39.5” in diameter and 5&1/8” thick.
