Added November 22, 2025.360sf of original surface chestnut flooring. Some of the best I’ve seen. It is from Pa, which is a rare find. It is very high quality, ~1” thick and flat. It only needs light buffing and edge trimming to be installation ready. It has a nice, dark, original patina. It is not re-milled. Widths of 7”- 12”+ and lengths of mostly 10’ and 15’6”. This floor has been washed. An optional buffing to smooth the floor surface is available.
