New, Sold
Added August 24, 2024.700sf of hand planed, butt edged, antique Hemlock flooring. This material is very nice quality, and the original surface is smooth enough for most people to use ‘as is’ without sanding or even a finish if desired. The Hemlock is much harder and denser than White Pine. The hand-planed surface is visible with boards lightly foot worn and have signs of use, but still quite pristine for age. Boards ~ average 11” wide +/-, are ~7/8” thick +/- and have an average length of ~12’. Range of widths are ~8’-15’+/-.+/-. As with all my floors, boards will need to be edged, trimmed and adjustments made for varying thicknesses. The square footage is a measurement of what is usable. No shorts.
Cost: (batch #436) SOLD.
