Added November 6, 2021.220sf of sand grade (surface too rough for ‘as is’ use) Eastern White Pine. Widths averaging approximately 12” and varying lengths from approximately 5’ to 11’ +/-. Edges and ends will need to be trimmed and flooring sanded once installed. Footage accounts for defects.
Cost (batch #298): 220sf @ $10sf, whole batch only, $2,200.
