650sf of straight sawn, wide plank antique oak flooring salvaged from an 18th century Lebanon, CT attic.  The original surface has saw marks and for most applications it should be buffed or screened to smooth the surface and reveal the beautiful amber color.  Flooring should be washed and trimmed before installation.  Widths of 7” to 12” +/- and lengths from 5’ to 13’ +/- , plus some shorts.  This batch could be combined with batches #268 and/or #235 for a larger batch (up to 1240sf) of similar antique oak flooring.  In the first picture the wood has been lightly sanded and oil.

Cost (batch #265):  650sf @ $16sf, whole batch only, $10,400.
